Uttam recently concluded the successful execution of EPC Greenfield Sugar Project for Ambalika Sugars in India.

This comprehensive project features a 5000 TCD Sugar Plant, equipped with four 34” x 68” mills, ensuring efficient sugar processing. The Process House matches the capacity of 5000 TCD, facilitating a streamlined production process. The energy infrastructure includes a 50 TPH boiler operating at 45 ata and a 6 MW Turbine.

Lauh Purush Sardar Patel SSK, India

EPC Greenfield Sugar Project:

Uttam recently completed a significant Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Greenfield Sugar Project for Lauh Purush Sardar Patel SSK in India.

The project features a 2500 TCD (Tonnes Crushed per Day) Sugar Plant, equipped with four 33” x 66” mills, each incorporating a TRPF for efficient sugar processing. The Process House has a matching capacity of 2500 TCD. Energy infrastructure includes a 75 TPH boiler operating at 87 ata and 515oC, complemented by a combination of a 9 MW and a 5 MW turbine, totaling 14 MW in co-generation capacity.

The project encompasses comprehensive civil works, showcasing Uttam’s commitment to delivering complete and integrated solutions for modern sugar production.

Ramala Co-Operative Sugar Mills, India

EPC Greenfield Sugar Project:

Embarking on a significant venture, Ramala Co-operative Sugar Mills in India is a state-of-the-art 5000 TCD Sugar Plant, designed with expansion capabilities to reach 7500 TCD.

The project includes the incorporation of four 40” x 80” mills with GRPF on the first mill, ensuring efficient sugar processing. The energy infrastructure is robust, featuring a 145 TPH boiler operating at 110 ata and 540°C, complemented by a 27 MW Condensing turbine setup for co-generation (total 27 MW).

The project encompasses not only advanced machinery but also includes the meticulous execution of complete civil works, covering equipment foundations, factory buildings, and internal roads.
